Managing AI in a process you are responsible for
More professional services processes now have AI in them, drafting, summarising, sorting or scoring work that used to be done by hand. The manager who owns the process stays accountable for what it produces, whoever or whatever did the work.
This two hour workshop, led by Craig Clark, Lead Consultant with AHEP Consulting, is for managers responsible for a process that uses AI or soon will. It covers how to decide whether AI belongs in the process at all, how to set success criteria before anything goes live, how to bring your team and the people affected with you, and how to monitor it, correct it and know when to stop. In the second hour, participants work through a live process of their own.
Attendees will leave with:
A decision on one of their own processes: use AI with standard controls, use it with closer controls, or keep it out
Success criteria and a monitoring plan to take back to their team
A route for correcting errors when they are found
