Event description

Being able to engage in challenging conversations that lead to positive solutions is an important part of a functional team.  

This workshop will explore the common barriers to  why people avoid conflict.  There will be an opportunity for you to reflect on what barriers have stopped you moving forward in different situations.  We will explore effective strategies we can implement to create safe ways for dealing with challenging conversations in order to have a positive outcome for all.

Learning Outcomes:

  • To be aware of what barriers may be preventing you from being able to address current issues
  • To gain more confidence and have strategies to manage challenging conversations
