Event description

SAPPA, in collaboration with the Department for Education invites you to attend a Workshop on "Managing Parent Complaints and Unreasonable Parent Conduct"

Presenters include Manager (Kate Schubert) and staff of the Customer Feedback (Complaints Team), Customer and Information Services.

Covering topics such as:

  • Issue identification (how to work out the core problem when many issues are raised)
  • Reaching a resolution
  • Managing unreasonable complainant conduct
