Achieving your goals requires robust skills and processes to efficiently deliver the scope within time, budget and quality boundaries. This course will help you structure for beginning to end delivery of discrete projects in any discipline
The course covers: an overview the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK); scoping, planning and setting project objectives; defining the work breakdown structure and developing a Gantt Chart; allocating resources including budgeting; implementing and leading projects; assessing and controlling risks; evaluating processes and outcomes; and handover and closing a project.
Participants will experience an interactive workshop that includes current academic knowledge, personal reflection, interactive group exploration activities, and a case study throughout the course that provides practical application experience. If delivered virtually, the workshop will include short webinars, self-directed learning and interactive group discussions.
