Managing Stress and Wellbeing is an interactive workshop in how to recognise and manage the stress in your life. You will be introduced to the Lifeline Wellbeing Framework, a four step, self-care action plan that will help you focus on your mental health and wellbeing through the values of meaning, empowerment, hope and connection. Guided through self-awareness and the development of self-care habits, you will be able to better see and manage your stress levels.
Please note: Minimum numbers are required to deliver this workshop.
