Join our Managing Stress for Small Business Staff Workshop, offered at no cost thanks to the SA Office for Small & Family Business.

In this session, we explore what stress is, how it can be both helpful and unhelpful, and practical ways to manage pressure. Running a small business brings many stressors including finances, customer challenges, problem-solving, and constant demands. Especially at this time of year, when many people feel stretched thin, learning about stress and practising management skills can be particularly valuable.

Learning outcomes:

Understand what stress is and how it affects us
Learn practical skills to manage and reduce stress
Explore how stress can sometimes be helpful rather than harmful
Understand the effects of chronic stress
Reflect on personal stressors and response patterns
Create a personalised stress plan
