How we manage stress (during exams, financial strain, social isolation, relationship breakdown etc.)  

This session focuses on taking charge of your wellbeing through self-care. Equipping yourself with the tools you need to tackle life's challenges and manage stress.  

This workshop will help participants harness internal and external resources, and learn new skills to navigate and adapt to everyday life challenges 

ACAP will be delivering the workshops in partnership with Study Melbourne.

Please note: the workshop tools and material provided. Light snacks also provided.
