Stress is a part of life, but how we respond to it can make all the difference. Mindfulness offers a powerful approach to managing stress, not by avoiding it, but by changing how we relate to it.

As part of Mindful May at Monash*, this special webinar flips the usual script: Dr Luke Smith interviews Professor Craig Hassed, placing him in the guest chair for a change. Together, they’ll explore how mindfulness can help us navigate pressure with greater ease and perspective.
