Event description

Mindfulness at Work – Practical Strategies for a Healthier Workplace

In today’s fast-paced and often pressured work environments, stress, distraction, and burnout can become the norm. But what if mindfulness could help shift the way we work — for the better?
As part of our Mindful May at Monash*** offerings, this interactive workshop with Dr Luke Smith shares practical strategies for bringing mindfulness into the workplace. Drawing on both research and experience, this hands-on session will explore how mindfulness can support focus, resilience, and wellbeing on the job.
Find out:
 • Why mindfulness matters at work
 • How to introduce simple, effective practices
 • Strategies for building a more mindful workplace culture

*This will be an in person event at the Monash Campus in Clayton and we will email you with the location closer to the date.
**This even will not be recorded

***Mindful May at Monash is inspired by the original Mindful in May, founded by Dr Elise Bialylew. We’d like to give a big shout-out to Mindful in May and the Mind Life Project behind it. We encourage you to explore the Mindful in May app to boost your mindfulness this month — and support a global fundraiser for international charities in the process.
