Managing Stress Workshop
Description
The workshop is shaped by Be Well Co's research and practical work in workplace wellbeing. It's designed to make evidence-based wellbeing training more accessible for individuals and small teams, without the commitment of a full workplace program.
Stress is a normal part of work. But when it becomes constant and unmanaged, it can quietly shape how we think, feel and perform.
In this 2- hour workshop, we unpack how the stress response works, how to recognise your own stress patterns, and practical, research-based strategies to respond more effectively at work and beyond. Grounded in wellbeing science and Be Well Co's research-driven approach, this session builds understanding without alarmism, stigma, or oversimplification.
What you will learn:
How the stress response works in the body and brain.
Common stressors and personal stress patterns.
Unhelpful stress behaviours and how to recognise them.
How predictability, controllability, and impact influence stress.
Practical decision-making around which stressors to address.
Building a personalised approach to managing stress.
Who should attend:
Small Business leaders and staff
Professionals across industries
People leaders and managers
HR & wellbeing practitioners
