Topic: Managing Workload Demands to Create Work/Life Balance

Creating a psychologically healthy workplace is essential for supporting employee well-being and driving organisational success. This webinar provides an in-depth look at the factors influencing psychological safety, including job demands, resources, and workplace stressors. Drawing on evidence-based models such as the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) framework, we'll explore strategies to balance demands with resources, prevent burnout, and foster a culture of engagement and productivity. Practical examples and actionable insights will empower leaders to promote mental health, implement supportive policies, and build a healthier and more productive workforce.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • Key psychosocial factors affecting workplace psychological safety
  • How job demands and resources interact to influence employee well-being
  • Practical approaches for managing work pressure and preventing burnout
  • Strategies to align policies and practices with reasonable demands
  • The role of leadership in demonstrating and reinforcing psychological health and safety
  • Opportunities to improve recovery, recognition, and resource allocation
