    Event description

What you receive at each workshop:

The workshop teaches four innovative, organic ways to manage your thoughts and emotions to reduce stress, anxiety, fears, and how to improve relationships. MYS is a solution focused neuro-educational coaching program that gives you a healthy ability to deal with all conditions from communication issues, to anxiety, depression, PTSD, suicide, and many other diagnosis.

    • Learn how the Ostrich Brain and Rhino Mind generate thoughts and emotions
    • Understand your personality better than ever before with the DISC method and Randy's insights that make so much sense
    • Discover your brain's core emotional wound and your Authentic Self through art therapy (we promise, you don’t have to draw!)
    • Improve inner peace and communication skills to better your relationships with family, friends, spouses, and loved ones

    Topics covered in the workshops:

    • The Brain - functions as the hardware, like an operating system, leading us to emotional reactions
    • The Personality - functions as the software to the brain's hardware that can magnify emotions and perspectives unique to each of us, second source of miscommunications
    • Our Core Wound - was determined before we could reason and is wanting to be resolved. Learn how to identify, separate, heal and thrive in your authentic peaceful self not your overly active protective brain
    • Introduction to the MYS Workbook - Solutions that guide you how to sustain healthy living daily
    • Introduction to true spiritual peace, so you can live life the way it was meant to be lived
