Managing Your Health: ADHD and Executive Function in the Workplace
Event description
Join HCCA for our final Managing Your Health webinar of 2024, where we’ll explore ADHD and executive functioning in the workplace.Â
Executive functioning is the brain's management system - it helps us to plan, organise, focus, and manage our time and tasks. For people with ADHD, these functions work differently, and this can make daily tasks and responsibilities harder to manage, especially in the workplace.
We’re excited to welcome two expert presenters* who will provide valuable insights and practical strategies to support individuals with ADHD, and other neurotypes, in overcoming executive function challenges to thrive in their workplaces.Â
