Navigating marketing spend can be challenging for small business owners. In this workshop, you will learn how to determine an appropriate marketing spend, track your return on investment and effectively budget for both digital and traditional advertising. This two hour session is designed to equip you with the practical skills needed to make informed decisions about your marketing investment. 

This topic covers:
  • Calculate and allocate your marketing budget effectively based on your business goals
  • Track and measure your return on investment for your marketing activities to make data driven decisions
  • Understand typical costs associated with digital and traditional advertising channels
  • Create a budgeting strategy to manage your marketing spend and maximise your advertising impact

This workshop is suitable for small business owners who undertake marketing activities and would like a better understanding of how to manage their budget.

Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person's email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.

If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from the update order button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
