The ManaRafiki Charity Lunch

The 2025 ManaRafiki Charity Lunch is being held at The Darling, Broadbeach, Gold Coast, on Saturday 21 June, 12 noon to 3pm. This ultimate three course lunch with arrival drink is like no other, enjoyed with impressive views of the Gold Coast, from the private 18th floor. 

You and friends of Manasprings - ManaRafiki, are invited to this special annual event to fundraise for Manasprings, an Australian Charity that strengthens and supports women caring for poor and vulnerable people in Kenya, and economically empowers women through its community projects. Guests have the chance to bid at the Silent and Live Auctions on incredible items donated by generous Gold Coast companies and individuals, and to take a chance in winning one of the Lucky Door Prizes. This year, co-founders of Manasprings - Carey Westwood and Wanjiru Waithaka are being interviewed about the charity's progress in Kenya within its women empowerment programs, and the vital role that local women leaders play in transforming impoverished communities. We're delighted to have the highly celebrated and skilled guitarist and composer, Richard Oddie, who will fill the event with his extraordinary music. 

Tickets are available now. Book no later than 26 May: 

- Per person: $150, of which $20 is donated to Manasprings. 

- Book 10 people: $1,500, and the Host receives a Manabasket of their choice up to the value of $200. Plus 10 Lucky Door Tickets. 

- Book 20 people: $3,000, and the Host receives a superb lunch for four at one of the Gold Coast's premiere restaurants, valued up to $400. Plus 20 Lucky Door Tickets. 

The per person ticket includes: The Darling three course plated lunch, arrival drink (beer, wine, champagne, soft drink), selection of teas and brewed coffee, cash bar for additional beverages of choice, and the opportunity to take part in the auctions and lucky draw prizes.
