My name is Lauren — cofounder of MĀNAVA, a loving mother, devoted partner, and ritualist - weaving presence into daily life.

This event is an opportunity to press pause, slow down, and honour the beauty of the feminine and her way of being.

Together with the wonderful Ellie (former X-Hale pilates instructor), we invite you to join us for a restorative afternoon crafted to reconnect you to three sacred aspects of self:

🌀 Body – through intuitive movement and Pilates-inspired flow
🌬 Spirit – through cacao and a light breath activation
🖋 Mind – through reflective journaling and gentle inquiry

Our spaces are created with deep intention to support you in coming back to your truth.
