Manchurian Cooking Class

Fancy a weekend learning some exotic cooking skills? Join us for a hands on cooking experience and explore the rich flavours of Manchurian cuisine. Manchuria is an ethnic minority group in China and the famous 108 imperial dishes from our tribe had a great impact in Chinese cuisine until today 

Cooking Demonstration will include:

- Stir Fried Tricolor Shredded Potato

- Stir Fried Egg and Chives

Tasting Dishes will include:

-Five spiced Beef

All dishes are served with rice.
