Beginning with a guided journey of meditation, breathe work and creative visualisation through the energy body to connect and inspire. With the energies of the full moon, this is a magical time to tap into your innate creative flow, connect with your intuition, release and manifest.

Energy is what creates matter. The main energy points in our body are known as the chakras, which manifest our expression and experience. Learn about each of the chakras and their elemental and energetic nature. Discover different perspectives on what causes the chakras to be balanced or blocked.

A sacred geometric circle, mandalas are used as an instrument of meditation and as symbolic art in various spiritual philosophies. They’re known to portray the spiritual journey, with the outer layers returning to the inner core. With the free flow of abstract patterns, yet the structure of geometry, creating mandalas allow us to intuitively feel through colour and shape, rather than conceptualising. Creating mandalas connects us with our inner self and is known to create relaxation, inner peace, ease negative emotions and to activate joy and creativity.

Please bring a water bottle, pen and notepad. All materials, yoga mats and props will be provided. You will receive your own mandala to take home.
