What can you expect?

• A women’s only environment

• A calm soothing voice that will lead you into your body to heal your wounds so that you can clear them out of your subconscious

• Channelled information that has been brought through from the Higher Realm to help people to connect with all that is inside of them on a level of empowered growth from past times of worry

All that you need to bring with you is something to sit or lay on comfortably. That means a yoga mat or a cushioned surface, a pillow, blanket; whatever you need to rest comfortably for the hour.

This is a guided meditation where you will explore old and stagnant energy types, held within your body, with the theme of that exploration changing each month.

It is a way for you to connect in with Self, see what needs to be let go of, and gently ease that out of you with thoughts of an encouraging kind.

There are no prerequisites and no experience is needed.

Just turn up with items that keep you warm and comfy, some water, and your $20 entry fee.

I recommend getting to the venue 10 minutes beforehand so that you can set yourself up and be ready to begin on time.

Doors close at 10:30am as this is when the meditation will start. Any latecomers will have to wait until next time.

Who will be leading this self-healing meditation?

My name is Kushla and I am a teacher of both healing and meditation practices that come from my connection to universal consciousness.

I am a conduit of inspired thought that I use to create unique processes that help people to heal from what they have been through in their past that was traumatic.

I have a wealth of knowledge within me that I would love to begin sharing with others, and I hope to build a new community of like-minded women here in the heart of Mandurah.
