'We Were Just Kids’ is Australian Alt-Country singer Mandy Hawkes' official debut album. It charts a path through nostalgic reflections of childhood, to relationship breakdown and grief; as well her evolving understanding of the nature of depression and human injustice. Featuring her signature dark folk-country vocals, Mandy moves through some weighty matter with unflinching vulnerability. She’s accompanied by her eclectic band, featuring talented musicians from numerous outfits, local to her home in the NSW Northern Rivers region.
Kate Hathaway (USA) presents her new show ‘Midwest Molly’. Focusing heavily on her midwestern country roots and her years living in Nashville, Tennessee, Midwest Molly delivers old school country with twists from her travels.
