Country Folk Night / Folktown for one night only!

Join us at Pearces Creek Hall for a magical triple header of song-slinging folkies gathering from far and near to share tales and tunes.

Raised on a steady diet of Hymns and Dylan, Mandy Hawke’s voice carries the weight of a weary soul traveller and the warmth of an intimate storyteller. Drawing from the well of folk and country traditions, she delivers songs that are unflinchingly honest and capable of softening even the stoniest of hearts.

Christina Webster will be joining Mandy with her sublime harmonies and tasteful banjo picking.

Jono B Smith is a freewheelin songwriter from Newcastle. The songs are funny and sombre, zany and grounded, a lot are getting slower as he ages and wearies, some still have a fruity bop to em, please enjoy.

Jono B Smith is launching his brand new album ‘Discount Season’ (On Bandcamp here: https://jonobsmith.bandcamp.com/album/discount-season)

Ksea Mudge illustrates his style of playing as the bushman blues, which displays the rough but honest emotions of the blues and traditional folk music. His music tells tales of relevance, hardship and classic campfire yarns. His performance is just that. He aims to put on a show and get the audience’s feet tapping.

Tom Brunnekreef will join Mandy and Christina on double bass

Doors at 5pm, show starts at 6pm
