We are BACK for another wellness morning! After our first two events by the coast we are squeezing one more in before winter officially kicks off. With goal setting and life planning in mind, this session is for anyone and everyone whether you've manifested before or not.

Move your body and delve deep into how to reach your goals with this perfect blend of movement/mindfulness session! Led by Chloé from Pilates with Chloé, this session offers the essential balance of health and wellness by the beautiful WA coast. Take a break from your busy schedule and treat yourself to an uplifting morning with like-minded others.

Chloe is a Pilates instructor passionate about encouraging movement and mindfulness for long-term health and wellness in those in the local and extended community. Tickets are $35 +bf. Movement ONLY $19 +bf. Manifesting ONLY $19 +bf.

Please note tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it on the day please kindly pass your ticket onto a friend or family member to go in your place.

FAQ:

Can I bring children to this event?

- This will be a child-free class we would love for you to be able to switch off completely which can be tricky with little ones around!

I am pregnant/postpartum, can I still come?

- Yes absolutely! Please specify in your booking notes where you are at in your journey so you can be accomodated to accordingly.

How long will the event go for?

- Session will finish at approximately 11am.

What do I bring?

- A Pilates/Yoga mat, drink bottle, journal, pen, and a jumper or blanket in case you get cold.
