During this immersive sound bath, you will be transported through a mesmerizing blend of sound, frequencies, and vibrations that gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation. In this theta state, your brain wave rhythm slows down, allowing for profound meditation and an exploration of your inner essence.

By maintaining this theta state for an extended period, you gain greater insight into your untapped potential, the person you can become, and the deserving nature of your dreams and aspirations. It is a time for introspection and connecting with the profound possibilities that lie within you.

Our sound bath is carefully crafted using the foundational elements of music – notes, harmonics, frequency, and vibration – to create a powerful meditative journey. This experience brings clarity and awareness to your mind and heart, allowing you to deepen your understanding of your emotional self and the messages it holds.

As the session concludes, you will have the opportunity to process and integrate the overall experience, empowering you to make conscious decisions that positively impact your well-being.

For your comfort, Live Metta Yoga generously provides yoga mats, pillows, and blankets to enhance your sound bath journey. To maximize the theta experience, we recommend bringing an eye covering and a cushion to prop your legs up. Stay hydrated with water during the session and wear comfortable, loose clothing to fully embrace this transformative experience.

The cost to participate is $35 per person, and you have the option to enhance your sound bath journey with CBD for an additional $10. Simply add this option when purchasing your ticket.

This prepares individuals to embark on Kyle's Sound Bath journey, where crystal bowls and vibrations create a transformative experience that promotes relaxation, healing, and a deep connection with the divine.
