This workshop will be focused on manifesting and gratitude, and will consist of:

• A guided meditation to get grounded and intentional
• Journalling and reflection
• Goal setting for 2024
• Vision boarding (Canvas, paint, pens, pencils, magazines and images provided)
• Sharing circle (Optional)
• Light snacks and tea
