About Your Facilitator

Kareena Glanville - Intuitive Transformation Coach for Women

Co-Founder of Reclaim Her - based in Brisbane, Australia

I'm a mother of four beautiful young adults - a daughter and 3 sons. I'm also an author, an intuitive Women's Transformation Coach, a speaker, event facilitator, founder of Reclaim Her*, and a passionate advocate for women reclaiming their power and daring to live from their hearts.

My journey has given me a deep understanding that there's no "one right way" in life, only each woman's unique way... and that life can be unpredictable and messy. Like many of us, I've experienced loss, betrayal and heartache. My experiences as a mother, together with those of the beautiful women who I have coached and worked with over many years, has given me a rich pool of knowledge of what it can take to navigate the differing dynamics of family and life and has been a major catalyst for deepening my spiritual journey.

Both Sophie and I have a deep compassion for the challenges that life can present for women, particularly those in the second chapter of life. We understand women experience deep longing for change toward a heart aligned, fulfilling life and reach a point where they want more for themselves. We believe each woman has her own path, and passionately support every woman to re-connect with her wise intuition and find her own "right" way.
