INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY - Friday 8th March // 7-9pm // Karma Coast Collective, Tynemouth

I invite you to join this special ceremony which will focus on your internal power.
This is an intimate safe container for 8 women maximum and is the perfect opportunity for you to indulge in well...YOU!

The evening will be focused around deeply tuning in and connecting to yourself as you Gift your being with some intentional space and time to purposely listen inwardly, so that you can hear and then answer your own, inner call…

Enjoy a night experiencing a mixture of holistic healing / wellness modalities*
that will help you replenish your energy surrounded by the support of other wonderful women.

Enjoy & Commune Together - The group dynamic will help amplify all of our manifestations and give us a chance to meet like minded souls. (All whilst sipping a tasty herbal tea of course!)

I invite you into these safe and transformative sessions with the intention to help you reconnect to your whole being,
by giving yourself a moment to just remember who you truly are , and what you soulfully desire.

My hope is that you start to feel empowered to take aligned action to make your dreams happen and become reality.

A bit about me & my why…

I absolutely love holding space, facilitating and attending ceremonies, events and retreats. It is something I find to be very enjoyable and feel is a part of my purpose here on earth.

Spirituality has always been a part of my life and has been my anchor for navigating the tricky times of being human.

Holistic healing is very close to my heart due to the multitude of positive results it personally continues to provide for me. Especially with experiencing and living with grief.

Science to me is also a very important component to the wellness puzzle and I love scientific evidence, research and data that backs and bridges spiritual health and wellbeing.

Nature is my favourite teacher though , the trees are where I go for grounding and clarity and the sea is where I go to for perspective and go into for humbling!

I look forward to seeing you at one of my events very soon.

Any questions let me know!

With loving care
Abbie x
