A cultural event on country to celebrate and honour the life journey of a revered clan-leader, formidable warrior and powerful spirit man, who belonged to Tebrakunna Country.

We are gathering to celebrate our continuing cultural connections to country in the North East of Tasmania and to Mannalargenna, alongside and with the support of Mussleroe Bay Windfarm. 

This is an inclusive event- all are welcome. Entry by gold coin donation on the day.

The event will include welcome to country, smoking, ochre and dance ceremonies, men's and women's business circles, children's activities, taster plates of cultural food, an art display of some of our Tasmanian Aboriginal Artists, a facilitated forum on protecting our Eagles, Windfarm bus tours.

Please note that due to this event requiring to comply with event guidelines for COVID we will be reducing the quantity of food offered this year. We will have taster plates and some other items, however please consider bringing along extra snacks and lunch items. We will not be able to cater for special dietary requirements. 

Please note that due to COVID-19 protocols you will be asked screening questions at entry point to the event. There will also be limited numbers allowed in marquee areas due to social distancing.
