Mansfield Birth, Baby & Beyond - Childbirth Education Classes

Free antenatal classes are launching locally as part of a new pilot program and they’re all about supporting parents every step of the way.

This exciting local collaboration brings together Council’s Maternal and Child Heath Service, Mansfield District Hospital, Central General Practice, Mansfield Medical Centre and Dads Group, sharing expert knowledge from across pregnancy, birth and early parenting services to deliver trusted, practical support close to home.

The free classes will cover:

·         Preparing for labour and birth

·         Pain relief options

·         Feeding your baby

·         Newborn care and early parenting

·         Emotional health and wellbeing

·         Partner and family involvement

·         Build confidence and connections with other expecting parents

This is a 4 week course. Classes will run every Tuesday from 6pm-8pm. See the following dates:
