Event description

Spend an evening with the fascinating and enlightening Mansur Nurdel as he tells incredible stories from his book 'One More Mountian.'

Facing religious persecution and threat of death in his homeland, Nurdel's book tells of his dangerous escape from Iran as a young man in 1988.

Nurdel says, "We fled illegally, with the help of Kurdish smugglers, traversing on foot over a forbidding, snowy, mountainous landscape."

The evening includes light refreshments provided and a chance to ask questions and discuss Mansur's story and the deeper issues raised in his book.
