Join Denise Duprat and Fiona Hardie to feel the transformative effects of sound, and allow it to take you deeper, into meditation.

Each session you will experience chanting then be guided into a meditative practice. In the first two sessions, for example, you will learn a simple version of sarva santa – an exquisite journey towards the real meaning of peace – the interconnection between an internal and external experience of peace.

The following sessions will each be on different themes (bhavanas).

While you will receive more benefit from all 5 classes, you are welcome to attend one or all classes in the series.

If you are unable to join live for the first two sessions, you will receive an audio recording with supporting material before the following class.
