    Event description

The Mantra Band will be playing at Raglan’s iconic art deco town hall for the first time on Saturday 9th December! 🙌

🧘🏽‍♀️ At 4 pm we will take you on a Yoga Journey. Our talented Yoga teacher Vibha will guide you through Vedic Pranayama practices to enhance your energy levels and focus before moving you through a slow asana flow. Vibha is trained in the traditional ashtanga yoga system and is an advocate of teaching people how to live an authentic yoga lifestyle. James will then transition into yoga-nidra, guiding you through a deep mental and physical relaxation before spiritualising the practice with Mantra breathing. We will finish our Yoga Journey with a short kirtan

At 6 pm we will serve a vegan meal so you can sit back, chill and make friends with spiritually minded people.

🕉️ At 7.30 pm the Mantra Band will take to the stage. If you have seen the Mantra Band's legendary HIGH-ENERGY KIRTAN before, you know that you are in for a treat. Kirtan, also known as Mantra Meditation, is a heart-warming meditative & interactive experience. The Mantra Band is renowned for its contemporary, unique, and uplifting flavour of kirtan 🎶

Afterwards, stick around for refreshments and make friends with fellow souls.

☀️ If you have never visited Raglan, it is a lively surf town that has an interesting creative culture. It is both a surfing mecca and a dramatically scenic area of stunning black sand coastline. Have a nice day out followed by an evening of spiritual nourishment. Find refuge for your heart and experience the bliss of kirtan as you stretch, dance and sing your heart out with us on December 9th.

No previous experience is required, all are welcome!

Raglan Town Hall is located at 41 Bow Street, Raglan 3225
