Come join singer-songwriter Courtney Cole at the beautiful Pause Meditation Studio for a transformative event that offers a gateway to deep self-exploration and healing. This class, Courtney offers a live music experience as she blends the potent vibrations of mantra with the transformative rituals of kriya yoga, setting the stage for a deep inner experience.

You'll find yourself engaging with specific sound vibrations that charge and expand your being, as well as shift and transform your energy through pranayama and gentle, liberating movement and meditation. Through these practices, we will unlock and harmonize the body's subtle energies, creating a pathway to healing and expanded awareness. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a curious beginner, this class is for you to get to know yourself in a more energetic and subtle way.

End the evening sharing your experience over tea and some delicious chocolate.

Don't miss this opportunity to experience a unique journey within yourself!

Doors open at 6pm and the event will begin at 6:30pm

We will wrap up by 8:30pm
