A weekly guided meditation group:

Join us each week as we dive into a powerful meditation using ancient Kundalini Mantra and Breath-work. 

Mantra is a key element used in Kundalini Yoga to alter patterns of the mind on a physical and metaphysical level.

Mantras help us break the negative habitual thinking patterns that lead to anxiety by cutting through the stream of mind chatter with sound.

Kundalini Breathwork renews the cells in the body & activates the pituitary gland in the brain invigorating the mind-body connection. 

My intention for these meditation classes is to create a safe space for my students to connect to the sacred, awe-inspiring presence within themselves✨
