    Event description

Join us on July 26th, 2024, at the Murrook Culture Centre for our next Hunter Valley Innovators Lunch on Manufacturing: A Future Made in Port Stephens.

Hunter iF is pleased to work with Port Stephens Council and The Business Centre to deliver this panel discussion, which will delve into the opportunities and challenges in leveraging existing and future manufacturing operations to create economic prosperity, career pathways, and products for emerging industries such as clean energy.

Port Stephens has an impressive history in manufacturing excellence and is well positioned to embrace a new era of growth in the sector, and this event will serve as a platform to engage with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Come along to hear us discuss how manufacturing will continue to position Port Stephens as a hub of innovation in the creation of physical goods.

    Panellists:

    1. Annie Lacomb, Head of Engineering at MGA Thermal
    2. Chris Bird, General Manager at Restech
    3. James Bradley, Entrepreneur in Residence at I2N
    4. Mathew Goddard, CEO & Founder of Aquacultr Group

Guiding the conversation as moderator is Alex Brennan, Chair of Hunter iF.

Join us for an insightful discussion, networking opportunities, and light refreshments as we chart a course towards a more innovative and sustainable manufacturing landscape in Port Stephens.
