You'll explore a range of communication methods used across our setting and discover why getting communication right isn't just helpful — it's essential for a learner's ability to share their needs, make choices, and be understood.

This module has been accredited by the NCFE and can be considered when working towards the NCFE Award. Participants are required to complete five modules, including the mandatory module.
