Mapping Ourselves: A Women's Nervous System Circle
Description
This is the third of a monthly event series exploring women's health with diverse practitioners - science, somatic, holistic.
A gentle evening to explore the nervous system through both science and story. Recognising the stories, patterns and wisdom our bodies carry.
Together, we'll begin to understand how our early experiences, including the way we first learned about menstruation and our changing bodies..shape the ways we move through the world today.
Through education, reflection, and shared experience, we'll start building the language of nervous system awareness: not to fix ourselves, but to know ourselves more deeply.
Lula is a trusted AI companion that empowers women to thrive in their health at every stage and age. Building community alongside our technology solutions is so important.

About Maya Nova
Maya Nova is an international speaker, coach, and mindful leadership guide who supports people to navigate life's complexity with greater presence, resilience, and self-awareness.

Maya has partnered with organisations including ANZ, TVNZ, PwC, Fisher & Paykel, Auckland Council, and the University of Auckland.
In the practical portion of the evening, Maya will introduce simple yet powerful tools for self-awareness and nervous system regulation. Through reflection and guided practices, she will explore how we can meet ourselves with greater kindness, navigate emotions with more awareness, and develop the inner steadiness needed to move through life's challenges.
A gentle note
Part of the event will be a sharing circle, however, there is no expectation to share. You are welcome exactly as you are. Whether you feel called to speak, listen, reflect, or simply be held by the space, your presence is enough.
Excited to have you there Lulas x
