Join Tamborine artist Bronwyn Davies for this full day immersion.
Participants will meet at the forest at 10 am and go on a guided walk and creative meditation in the forest. We will map our journey as we walk then further develop with paints, inks, haiku and text. Each participant will develop an artist book from the day.
Our day begins with a walk in one of the beautiful sections of Tamborine Mountain National Park. I will be in contact closer to the 8th to let you know where to meet and which section of the National Park we will be exploring. The focus is about mindful noticing and getting in touch with your creativity. As we walk through the forest, we will stop, make drawings, notes, and observations. Participants will work with a simple pre-made concertina or accordion book as a base for mapping our forest walk. Using natural inks, paints and collage we will track our time in the forest back at my studio 9 Beechmont Ave which is just a 5 mins walk from the forest.
