Discover the magic of the seven chakra mandalas and learn how to create your own mandala.

Beginning with visualisation meditation, creative journalling and experiential art therapy exercises, you will be guided to design a mandala that is truly reflective for you.

No previous art experience required.

All art materials and light refreshments provided.
