Blending creative expression and therapeutic reflection, learn about the origins , theory and practice of Art Therapy.

Experience a range of expressive artmaking techniques as we explore Jungian, Gestalt and Existential Art Therapy processes including creating your own dream journal.

No previous art experience or understanding of Art Therapy required.

All art materials and light refreshments provided.
