Marathon Cheer Station Block Party

The New York City Marathon is the city’s largest annual block party. Spanning from Staten Island to Brooklyn, then into Manhattan, and a quick turnaround in the Bronx before finishing the race in Central Park, the city erupts as runners make their way through the course. The race's last 10K (6.2 miles) is typically the hardest as runners have been on their feet for hours, and at that point, it’s more of a mental game than a physical one.

To ensure athletes remain strong for the final push, Outsiders has teamed up with On Running and New Belgium Brewery to throw a cheer station block party at Lozada Playground East 135th St. &, Willis Ave, Bronx (at mile 20). 

We’ll have a full day of DJs, cowbells, food, drinks, and vibes to fuel our party.
