📍 Location: The Hart of the Cosmos, an otherworldly garden venue in Mangawhai Village, New Zealand
📅 Dates: 9am to 5pm, Saturday April 19th, and Sunday April 20th.
🌀 Schedule: Learn about the Hof family story, & participate in two breathwork & meditation sessions + one cold immersion session per day
🥗 Catering: Nutritious lunches provided daily
🎟️ Investment: $350 for the full two-day retreat / $200 for one-day attendance

There is no onsite accommodation, please arrange your own. There are many Air BnB's within walking distance, and Mangawhai Heads Holiday Park offers a budget friendly stay in a beautiful spot.
