This immersive experience combines breathwork, meditation and cold immersion, designed to elevate your energy, enhance resilience, and bring you into deep alignment with your inner wisdom.

📅 Dates: 1pm to 5pm, Saturday March 8th, 2025
🌀 Schedule: Hof Family story, one to two breathwork & meditation sessions + one cold immersion session
🎟️ Investment: $100 for 1 to 2 breathwork & meditation sessions (3 hours) & Cold Immersion included (4 hours)
