Join Marcel Hof, esteemed breathwork facilitator and brother of Wim Hof, for this transformative workshop at The Space in Whangarei. This immersive experience combines cacao, breathwork, meditation and cold immersion, designed to elevate your energy, enhance resilience, and bring you into deep alignment with your inner wisdom. Marcel is joined by Gina Noetica, a renowned Consciousness Coach & Quantum Alchemist (Energy Healer) and certified cacao ceremony facilitator. 

📍 Location: The Space - Outdoor Wellness Centre, 16 Cowshed Lane, Whangarei.
📅 Dates: 9am to 12pm, Sunday April 6th, 2025
🌀 Schedule: Cacao, Hof Family story, one to two breathwork & meditation sessions + one cold immersion session
