March 2026 Positive HR Forum - Modern Occupational Health

Forum for HR Professionals to network, share information and learn about topics specific to employee wellbeing & engagement.

The Positive HR Forum meets on a bi-monthly basis. The aim of our forum is to bring together expertise from different business sectors to share knowledge and experiences specific to employee engagement and wellbeing.

Each meeting we focus on a different engagement and/or wellbeing topic. Guest speakers are invited to present different elements of the topic from an expert, personal or business perspective.

Our topic this month is Modern Occupational Health.

During the session we will cover:

·       How Occupational Health has changed and the impact of these changes.

·       What the new world of Occupational Health looks like

·       How to work effectively with your OH provider

·       How OH can support mental health and neurodiversity

Guest Speakers - Hayley Rhodes & Isabel Burrows from Acorn Occupational Health.

Acorn Occupational Health provides a wide range of occupational health services across Staffordshire, Cheshire and the UK. The services include health surveillance, management referrals, new starter/leaver medicals, wellbeing & mental health services, physiotherapy plus our exciting range of Ergonomic Assessments. Acorn was one of the first OH providers in the UK to achieve SEQOHS Accreditation in 2012.
