Beyond Conscious will be hosting a group Breath Work & Meditation with crystal singing bowls at Salt Yoga, Aldinga Beach on Sunday 16th March at 4pm.

In this session we will explore different breathing techniques combined with meditation to create a unique personal experience to help find calm within.
