    Celebrate the Close of Q1 2024 with GIN at Hunter & Barrel


    Join us on the 22nd of March for a delicious two-course lunch at Hunter & Barrel, where we'll be celebrating the successful completion of the first quarter of 2024. This event offers the perfect opportunity to wind down your week in a relaxed setting, enjoying good food and engaging conversations with fellow GIN members.

    But that's not all – we have a unique and exciting activity planned! In the spirit of GIN's commitment to 'Grow, Inspire, Nurture', we're introducing a fun and productive 'game' to expand our professional horizons. 

    Here’s how it works:

    • Growing Our Reach: Ahead of the event, we invite you to think of two individuals you've been wanting to connect with – these could be industry leaders, potential mentors, or anyone you admire professionally.
    • Leveraging Our Trusted Network: During the lunch, we'll collectively explore our connections and see who among us can help bridge the gap to these individuals. It's a chance to not only expand your own network but also to contribute to the growth of others within our trusted GIN community.


    This event is not just about enjoying a great meal; it's an opportunity to forge stronger bonds within our group and extend our reach beyond it. Let's utilise the power of our collective networks to start the new quarter on a high note!

    As we successfully finish Q1 of 2024 it is time to sit down and have lunch together. 

    This time we are heading to Hunter & Barrel for a 2-course lunch and to share some early wins. 


    TO DRINK

    STARTERS (Your choice of)

    • Cheese Bread (V) Brioche, wood-smoked mozzarella, Parmesan
    • Calamari Buttermilk and Szechuan marinated, lightly fried, served with chilli jam
    • Crispy Wings Served with smoky chipotle yoghurt
    • Summer Greens Bruschetta (V) Toasted miche bread, lemon mascarpone, summer greens, dukkah, parsley oil

    MAINS (Your choice of)

    • Crispy Prawn Tacos (two) Polenta fried prawns, coleslaw, chipotle yoghurt, charred corn salsa, pickled onion. Served with crispy chips or mixed leaf salad
    • Beef Burger With secret burger sauce, crispy onions. Served with crispy chips or mixed leaf salad
    • Slow-braised Beef Skewer Rib-fingers, capsicum, spanish onion, finished with Hunter's Signature basting, chimichurri sauce. Served with crispy chips or mixed leaf salad
    • Pork Belly Tacos (two) Five spice braised pork belly, gochujang mayo, kimchi. Served with crispy chips or mixed leaf salad
    • Chicken Thigh Skewer Marinated in chilli & ginger coconut milk, finished with peri peri basting. Served with crispy chips or mixed leaf salad
    • Eye of Rump 200g Finished with Hunter's Signature basting. Served with crispy chips or mixed leaf salad
    • Woodfired Cauliflower (VG) Spiced tahini, Napoli sauce, macadamia nuts, watercress, herbs

    DESSERT (Your choice of)

    • Honey Yoghurt Flan (V) Fresh berries and white chocolate milk crumbs
    • Mango & Raspberry Sorbet (VG) Seasonal fruit and passionfruit puree
