Come along to our free monthly meditation class, which is held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am - 11.30am.

The meditation will be guided by one of our friendly meditation teachers, and you are welcome to sit on a cushion or a chair.

This meditation is suitable for beginners, and also for experienced meditators who wish to enhance their practice.

Following the meditation, there will be a short talk on Buddhist topics and how they are relevant to apply in everyday life.

The entry is free, but donations are welcome to help us continue to offer classes and workshops, and periodically invite Tibetan Buddhist teachers to give teachings. The suggested donation for a session is $20.

You are welcome to stay afterwards for a cuppa and chat, and if you can, please bring along something to share for morning tea. We look forward to seeing you there!
