This is not just a Silent Disco – it’s a transformative experience that lets you release stress, build confidence, and reconnect with your body in a fun and uplifting way. Can you imagine stepping into a space where you are completely free to just be yourself?

Life is busy. It’s all too easy to get caught up in our heads. The constant mental chatter can get loud, reminding us of everything we haven't yet done or should’ve done differently. This experience offers a chance to quiet the noise, ease your mind, and settle back into your body to find peace, joy, and a deep sense of relaxation.

This is a safe and supportive space where everyone is free to express themselves without fear of judgment. We’ll begin with a group check-in to ground ourselves, and then, once the headphones go on, you’re free to follow my guidance or lose yourself in the music. Move at your own pace and in a way that feels good to you.

Dancing is more than just movement; it’s a chance to connect with your body, release your mind, and be fully present in the moment. You’ll leave feeling lighter and energized. Whether you seek fun or a moment of peace, this experience is for you.

After the dancing, we’ll gather over tea to reflect, share, and celebrate the beautiful, positive energy we’ve created together.

About your host:

Hi, I’m Amanda!

My mission through the Silent Disco is to invite more women to experience the joy of dance and the mindfulness of movement. I guide you to get out of your head and tune into your body. From this place, we can create distance and gain perspective on our thoughts, finding peace from the constant chatter that keeps us trapped in stress, worry, or self-consciousness.

I am not a dance teacher; instead, I’m here to guide you inwards, helping you explore how you truly feel when your mind isn't running the show.

As a certified Embodiment Coach and former corporate marketer, I combine strategy with embodiment practices (like dance!) to help you step confidently into your desires. My focus is on guiding you to find clarity, unlock your potential, and achieve success that feels aligned, fulfilling, and entirely your own.

At the core of my work is a passion for helping women recognise their inherent worth, let go of self-doubt, and take meaningful steps towards the life they truly desire.

What can I expect?
- A check in and some breathwork to land us in the space
- Warm up to get our bodies ready to move
- Guided movement and free dance if/when you feel up for it
- A grounding meditation to close and get you feeling super relaxed
- Enjoy a cup of Ayurvedic tea together as we reflect on the experience 

I can't dance, is this still for me?
The beauty of this experience is that it's not about how you look – it's about how you feel. And trust us, you're going to feel amazing! Imagine a space where the lights are soft, everyone is focused inward, and the only person you need to worry about is yourself. No one – and we mean NO ONE – will be watching or judging you. This is a judgment-free zone where movement is about feeling, not performing.  Many participants who were terrified of moving in front of others have discovered a newfound sense of freedom and self-acceptance.

What kind of music will we be listening to?
All sorts. The playlist is lovingly curated to ensure you have lots of fun and also feel the connection to your body.  Have an open mind and notice the thoughts that come up about the different music especially if you think you don’t like something.  Be open and see what it has to offer you in the moment. 

What should I wear?
Wear anything that you will feel good dancing in - the most important thing is that you are comfortable and can move freely.

What do I bring?
I suggest bringing a drink bottle
