Not sure about dancing? Or just a bit nervous to try something new? You’re in the right place.
This isn’t your typical Silent Disco – it’s an easy, fun, and supportive way to shake off the day, try something different, and discover just how enjoyable it can be to move your body.
If you’ve ever thought, “I can’t dance,” don’t worry – no rhythm, experience, or fancy moves are required. Here, it’s not about how you look – it’s about how you feel. And if the idea of trying something new feels a little daunting, rest assured, you’ll find a warm, welcoming space designed to make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
The room will be dimly lit, creating a cozy space where no one is watching or judging. We’ll begin with a relaxed check-in to settle in together, and when the headphones go on it’s all about the music. You can follow along with my guidance or move in your own way – there’s no wrong way to do it.
You’ll leave feeling lighter and a whole lot more relaxed than when you arrived. The focus is on fun and feeling good, not perfection.
After the music fades, we’ll gather over a cup of tea to unwind, have a chat, and soak in the good vibes.

About your host:
Hi, I’m Amanda!
My mission through the Silent Disco is to invite more women to experience the joy of dance and the mindfulness of movement. I guide you to get out of your head and tune into your body. From this place, we can create distance and gain perspective on our thoughts, finding peace from the constant chatter that keeps us trapped in stress, worry, or self-consciousness.
I am not a dance teacher; instead, I’m here to guide you inwards, helping you explore how you truly feel when your mind isn't running the show.
As a certified Embodiment Coach and former corporate marketer, I combine strategy with embodiment practices (like dance!) to help you step confidently into your desires. My focus is on guiding you to find clarity, unlock your potential, and achieve success that feels aligned, fulfilling, and entirely your own.
At the core of my work is a passion for helping women recognise their inherent worth, let go of self-doubt, and take meaningful steps towards the life they truly desire.

I can't dance, is this still for me?
The beauty of this experience is that it's not about how you look – it's about how you feel. And trust us, you're going to feel amazing! Imagine a space where the lights are soft, everyone is focused inward, and the only person you need to worry about is yourself. No one – and we mean NO ONE – will be watching or judging you. This is a judgment-free zone where movement is about feeling, not performing. Many participants who were terrified of moving in front of others have discovered a newfound sense of freedom and self-acceptance.
What kind of music will we be listening to?
All sorts. The playlist is lovingly curated to ensure you have lots of fun and also feel the connection to your body. Have an open mind and notice the thoughts that come up about the different music especially if you think you don’t like something. Be open and see what it has to offer you in the moment.
What should I wear?
Wear anything that you will feel good dancing in - the most important thing is that you are comfortable and can move freely.
