We started these events as a way to create community in a wellness space!

2024 is the year of "I am."

This is a wonderful event for individuals that are beginners to a mindfulness practice, seeking to deepen their practice, or just want to meet new Denver friends in a wellness space!

10:45a Opening Circle

11:00a Sound bath and Meditation begin

11:30a Sharing Circle + journaling

12:00p Connection + Mingle + Clean Up

Limited spaces available. Tickets are required for entry.

What to Bring

- A journal and something to write with

- A yoga mat or blanket

- Water bottle

- Dress in comfortable clothes

* During a sharing circle, we gather in a circle and share our thoughts on the meditation and this month's theme. We practice non-judgment to create safer spaces to share by leaning into curiousity. Keep in mind, you don't have to share if you don't want to!

Refund Policy.

If you are feeling sick, please do not attend this event. If you have already purchased tickets, please contact me at sunsandself@gmail.com for a full refund due to your illness. It is important to keep yourself and others healthy!

Location Details.

There is a parking lot behind the building and on the street. The front door will be propped open for easy access. Please reach out via Instagram DMs if you have trouble finding the location. Keep in mind, I may not have my phone available 15 minutes prior to and during the event.
